Mr. Chase is the President and founder of the law firm, Chase & Ralls, PLC, located in Pensacola, Florida. Mr. Chase graduated from the University of Florida Business School, with high honors in 1976, with a degree in accounting. He subsequently obtained his license as a Certified Public Accountant in 1979. Also in 1979, Mr. Chase graduated from the University of Florida Law School with honors. In 1981, Mr. Chase obtained a Masters Degree in Tax Law from New York University. He has been practicing in the Pensacola area for over 30 years, and his areas of practice include personal injury, family law, tax, bankruptcy, business law and estate planning.
Mr. Chase has substantial experience in representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service in the United States Tax Court and Federal District Courts in tax audits, appeals, criminal tax fraud investigations, collection efforts by Internal Revenue Service Revenue Offices, and bankruptcy proceedings to discharge federal taxes. Mr. Chase is also a former Associate Professor with the Department of Finance and Economics at the University of West Florida and is a member of the Escambia/Santa Rosa Bar Association and Florida Bar.
